All of our Volvo/Renault wheel hub kits are supplied with FAG bearings, O.E wheel studs, ABS rings and O.E comparable brake discs.
Our spline grinding service overcomes the problems associated with braking issues which cause brake discs to become loose and provides a repair solution which will save you time and money.
With this service, we apply a new coating of metal to your hub using our metal spraying techniques and our fully automated spline grinding machine ensures your worn brake disc mounted splines are reground while you wait.
Using our unique mechanical techniques, we specialise in the removal of damaged and broken disc retaining bolts on Volvo and Renault trucks. Utilising these techniques, we aim to have your vehicle back on the road ASAP.
The premature failure of hub seals can occur for a number of reasons. Often failure can occur without there being any fault with the bearing. If this appears to be the case, we are able to offer a full inspection and resealing service on the original bearings. This is covered by a 1-year warranty.
As an FAG authorised distributor, we stock a complete range of new bearings. These can be fitted when resealing is not viable. All new FAG bearings come with a 2-year unlimited mileage warranty, as standard.
We offer a free fitting service on the products we supply. All manufacturer’s guidelines and torques are adhered to during the fitment process.
